Overview
Tomoro is a desktop application for project tracking, time logging, and billing, created by Roman Kanevsky. By downloading or using Tomoro, you agree to these terms.
License
A Tomoro license is a one-time purchase that grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software on one device at a time. Your license includes one year of software updates from the date of purchase. After that year, the app continues to work — you just won't receive new features unless you renew.
You may deactivate your license on one device and reactivate it on another at any time. Each license key supports one active device.
Free Trial
Tomoro includes a 14-day free trial with full functionality. No account or payment information is required to start the trial. When the trial expires, the app locks — your data remains safe and accessible once you purchase a license.
Payments
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles all billing, tax collection, and payment processing. By purchasing Tomoro, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.
Refund Policy
If Tomoro isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. Contact feedback@tomoro.me with your order details.
Data & Privacy
Tomoro stores all data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to your project data, time entries, or settings. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Tomoro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roman Kanevsky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the software.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Tomoro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
